Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
