Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Finland: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 4–14 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or local carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Muotka Lures is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Muotka Lures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@muotkalures.com
 with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Muotka Lures is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
